OCTOBER TOPIC: Can the New Testament Be Understood Within Judaism, with special guest, Rabbi Joshua Brumbach
GRAB YOUR COFFEE AND JOIN US…
For Bridge Builders Coffee and Connection, a monthly online gathering where we bring together friends of the Bridge Builders Forum for meaningful conversation.
This month, Bridge Builders Forum founder Ryan Lambert will sit down with Rabbi Dr. Joshua Brumbach. Dr. Brumbach is a scholar of Rabbinic Literature. He was also a recent presenter in the "Reading the New Testament within Judaism" conference, hosted by the Enoch Seminar. Dr. Brumbach leads a Messianic community in Connecticut. Thus, in addition to being a scholar, he is well-practiced in making scholarship accessible and practical.
Together, we’ll explore recent shifts in New Testament interpretation, which is becoming increasingly inclined to read these texts "within Judaism." This shift has many implications for not only Biblical understanding, but also for the relationship between Jews and Christians.
After the discussion, the floor will be open for your questions.
When: Tuesday, October 28th, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM EASTERN
Cost: $10 (or free for Bridge Builders - monthly donors of $25 or more)
